Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from Italy. Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 2–4 business days
European Union: 4–7 business days
Rest of Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days
North America: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@fakeclub.org within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
